1. General

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made via the websites https://www.feliciamerch.seand https://www.feliciamerch.com(the “Website”), operated by Ocean Dream AB, registration number 559205-0669, with registered address Källgatan 19, 745 31 Enköping, Sweden (“the Seller”, “we”, “us”).
By making a purchase on the Website, you agree to these Terms.


2. Products

We sell clothing and other merchandise related to the artist FELICIA (“the Artist”).
All products are produced and shipped via print-on-demand, meaning each product is manufactured after an order is placed.
Minor variations in color, print, or fit may occur and are not considered defects under Swedish consumer law.


3. Orders and Agreement

A binding agreement is formed once you have placed an order and received an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to decline an order, for example in the case of obvious pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud.


4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) for swedish customers, Danske kroner (DKK) for Danish customers and Euro (€) for Finnish customers and include VAT.
Payment can be made through the payment options available on the Website (e.g., credit/debit card, Swish, Klarna).
When using third-party payment services, their respective terms and conditions apply in addition to these Terms.


5. Delivery

Products are produced on demand and shipped directly from our print partner.
Normal delivery time is 5–14 business days, but may vary depending on the product and destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control.


6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

As the products are manufactured according to the customer’s specific order (print-on-demand), the standard right of withdrawal under Section 11 of the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act does not apply when the product has been made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

If the product is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to make a complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item using the contact form under Contact and include photos of the defect.
If the complaint is approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.


7. Complaints

Complaints are handled in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260).
You have the right to make a complaint about a product defect within 3 years from delivery.
The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.


8. Personal Data (GDPR)

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your data is used to manage your order, delivery, and customer support.

We do not share your information with third parties except for our partners handling payment and production.


9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website (including images, logos, and design) belongs to FELICIA and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential losses, or failure of delivery.
We disclaim liability for delays, technical errors, or events beyond our control (force majeure).


11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
The version applicable is the one published on the Website at the time of your purchase.


12. Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes should first be resolved by contacting our customer service.
If the dispute cannot be resolved, you as a consumer may refer the matter to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in Sweden.
Disputes shall be governed by Swedish law and settled by a Swedish court, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
